This is, by the way, exactly three months since I released Journeymage. 230,000 words of original fiction composed and published in 3 months. With a hospital stay during that period, too. After composing and releasing Hawkmaiden and Journeymage, all since January 1.
I might not quite make it to six books this year, but I'm sure gonna try.
Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. I was looking at a three day weekend with nothing to read. Now I can stop sitting in the corner and crying.
Hi Terry, I was wondering down the line, would you ever publish a paperback version of the books? Although the kindle is nice, I would love to have a paperbook version in my collection.
I have finished Enchanter after nonstop reading at publication. The ending cliffhanger scared me so much I jumped out of my seat in fear that that was it, the epilogue cautioned me, but the true ending had me in tears. I have been a fan of this series for ever 2-3 years since I first purchased Spellmonger. Each and every book has enthralled me for its entirety where I simply could not put it down after I began and realizing its past 3am where I'm at such as right now. I write this now to thank you. To thank you for these immersive characters, stunning settings and landscapes, and for the Spellmonger himself. After reading over a decade's worth of fantasy books, endless trips to libraries, meandering through bookstores, and scouring the endless lists of books on kindle in my young life I can truly say this series is one which I will never forget and one I will repeatedly reread as I will with this book soon enough. Again I thank you for this wonderful series and applaud you.
Actually, my boys and I have been talking about doing an old-style AD&D module or two (easily converted to other game systems) set in the Spellmonger universe. I'm intrigued enough by the idea that I'm pursuing it. Introduced my kids to paper-and-dice RPG last year to reduce screen time, and they loved it. As FRP was one of the inspirations for Spellmonger, I think it would be neat and nostalgic to put out a few little modules like that. A full-blown independent RPG system would be too much, but I'd like to adapt it.
That would be cool, though I was thinking more in the lines of what Brandon Sanderson did with the Mistborn Series. But hell I would buy a spellmonger campaign setting for DnD as long as it is fit for edition 3.5 or pathfinder.
Well heres to chapter 1, starting now
